Tod A. Nestor
(advisory board member) is currently Vice President Continuous Improvement, responsible for global deployment of continuous improvement efforts such as Six Sigma and Lean at the H.J. Heinz Company, a Fortune 210 consumer packaged goods company located in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to becoming Vice President of Continuous Improvement, Tod was Heinz’s global Vice President of Corporate Planning, responsible for strategic and financial planning, as well as supply chain finance. Prior to joining Heinz, Tod worked with other prominently backed venture capital organizations such as Intellibridge Corporation – a provider of global security and business intelligence solutions that includes risk analysis, policy analysis, international relations, and homeland security issues - as Executive Vice President and Equidity Inc. – a software services company offering loan origination, trade and vendor credit solutions to financial institutions and industrial companies – as Executive Vice President and CFO. Tod also founded his own company Global eTicket Exchange, Ltd. (www.gee.net) that is an invention, strategic consulting and licensing company formed to serve the $65 billion global entertainment and sporting event ticketing industry through the use of electronic tickets by transforming tickets from a commodity into a valuable strategic asset for venue and team owners. In addition to working with top-tier venture capital organizations and their portfolio companies, Tod has worked as an executive in other prominent large, global organizations such as Bacardi Ltd., a $3 billion private spirits company, where he was global Vice President of Strategic Planning responsible for business development and global strategic planning as well as value based management efforts. Prior to Bacardi, Tod was an integral member of W. R. Grace's senior management team that delivered total shareholder returns in the 91st percentile of the S&P Industrials during his tenure, best among specialty chemical companies. While at Grace, Tod was also primarily responsible for the financial restructuring and strategic joint-venture formation of Cross Country Staffing (formerly Cross Country Health Partners and MRA, Inc.), a partnership of two entrepreneurial and young ventures in the health care staffing area for nurses, therapists, and information technology. Tod also served on Cross Country Staffing's Board of Directors for two years, acting as strategic advisor and supporter of Cross Country's early entry into use of the Internet for technology staffing in the health care industry.
Prior to W. R. Grace, Tod spent time as: Vice President with Stern Stewart & Company, a prestigious management consulting firm in New York; Division Finance Manager for over 170 stores and $365 million of sales in Pizza Hut's Florida Division (Subsidiary of PepsiCo); Manager of Corporate Finance at PepsiCo's headquarters in Purchase, New York; Associate in Chemical Bank's Investment Banking Division; and as a financial analyst at IBM.
Tod received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1985 and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1989, majoring in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance with a concentration in strategic planning. He has also had extensive course work in marketing. Tod enjoys working with and assisting other ventures by sitting on the Board of Advisors and/or Directors for the Give Life Foundation (www.give-life.org), StartSpot Media Networks (www.startspot.com), CPR Software (www.enira.com), Cheminate LLC (www.cheminate.com) and iTV Entertainment, LLC (www.fantasysports.com). Tod is a licensed CFA, CPA, CMA and CFM.

The agency is known for its keen media and marketing acumen, superior client and agency relationships and highly advantageous media buying skills. The agency bills approximately $125 million dollars a year. Companies he has founded or been intimately involved with are a cross section of American Business. They range from Lowell House - a children's book publishing company, Asset Marketing - an outbound telemarketing company, CSI International - a media/barter company, Cambridge Research Laboratories - a natural supplement company, Allegheny Pharmacal - a retail beauty aids’ company, Total Health System, Inc. – an HMO, Twin Arts, Inc. – a broadcasting company, The Olde New England Mint – a collectible company.
Stephen is a long time generous supporter of charities. He has been active with The Aplastic Anemia Foundation, The Terri Gotthelf Lupus Research Institute, Queens Children's Psychiatric Center, City of Hope, plus others.
